描述

LevelSite是 Barksdale 公司专为在严苛环境下安全可靠地测量液位而设计的坚固耐用的磁性液位指示器。其坚固的不锈钢结构可提供直接的视觉指示，无需接触工艺流体，从而避免了其他液位指示技术常见的泄漏和溢出问题。

磁性液位指示器（通用名：磁翻板 / 磁浮子液位计 Magnetic Level Indicator/Gauge）核心工作原理：基于阿基米德浮力定律 + 非接触磁耦合效应双原理工作；主导管与设备罐体连通形成连通器，管内带永磁体的磁性浮子跟随罐内液位同步升降；浮子磁场穿透无导磁金属管壁，驱动外部显示面板红白双色磁翻柱翻转 180°；液位上升翻柱由白变红、下降由红变白，红白分界面即为实际液位高度，无需供电即可现场直观读数。利用磁耦合原理，带有永磁体的浮子跟踪密封腔内的液位，驱动外部旋转的指示旗组件，即使在恶劣条件下也能提供清晰、高可见度的指示。
